Signed the contract in September 2020 and was told that it wouldn't take more than 7 months to complete and the price is fixed. It's almost 2 years now and only the roof's framework is done upto date with full of defects and keeps ripping off with price increase and adding cost with everything. The brickwork and roof's framework has been inspected by an independent building inspector and there is a huge list of defects not me
