I am completely unsatisfied with the service from Sola Seal. They didn't secure the window venetian blinds properly after installing tinting film and the blinds fell down on me in front of the Sola Seal tradesmen when I drew the blinds. They promised to come the same day and fix them but nobody came or called that day, next day or the day after. Then, I received an invoice to pay in full as if nothing had happened. The office of “Consumer and Business Services” was involved in settling this matter.
