Pathetic and unprofessional. Expected me to do their job for them despite my delivery address being 200 metres from the Hume Highway which they drive past every single day. It took 11 days of looking at my parcel sitting in their office before bothering to contact me and telling me I had to sort its delivery out. Will never recommend this mob or use them ever again.
