Review about Alfresco Plus, Mount Waverley

I am absolutely frustrated with trying to assemble the modules of this product. The carcasses corner pieces simply do not all fit into place. Instruction brochure & videos indicate that fitting pieces together requires simply some firm hammering with a nylon mallet.
I have deafened neighbours with my hammering and some side rails STILL will not fit onto the corner pieces.
I rang the number on the brochure and they could not/would not send anyone to solve the problem.
For the price paid, a FAR better service is a reasonable expectation.

Following up on my previous comment: I received a phone call from Cylex folks who discussed the problem with me. As soon as it was clear that there was an issue, Cylex arranged for an installer to come and finish the install at no cost. In addition they identified that I had been given an incorrect BBQ module, so they arranged a replacement & refund for cost differences with Bunnings, took care of delivery, removal and all else. Cylex provided an outstanding resolution to the problems and I now have a complete, well installed outdoor kitchen - and I'm VERY happy.
