During COVID, everything is difficult ... even JB HiFi tell their customers to be patient due to difficulties during this time. So, Apple Air Pods PRO, that were bought on 22/9/20 and given as a gift for daughters b'day on 13/10/20 stated failing in Late August 2021 & were finally reported to JB HiFi on 30/9/21 ... 8 days after 12 months from purchase, but 13 days before 12 months since item was OPENED for the first time. Their response was ... 'thats too bad'! When queried why the Air Pods Pro should be failing after less than 12 months use ... their reply was "if you use them daily, thats HEAVY USE and you cant expect more" $400 earphones that dont cope with daily use for a year??? THANKS JB HI FI....Never again will I shop there & never again purchase Apple products ... VERY expensive and they are EXPECTED not to last more than 12 months if you want to use them everyday ... and this MUST be official as it is according to the APPLE reseller .. JB HI FI
