Always my preferred shopping location as a resident of 30yrs. I raise concerns about the escalators not working for a long period of time. This is a magir public liability ssue as I witness elderly folk (your main demograohic) trying to make their way up & down these escalators. The escalators are not wide enough for them to get assistance they require.
