Our Omega Ducted heating system failed due to a circuit board issue and the Omega repairer charged $190 to pull the pcb out and quoted another $803 to fix it WTH?? I found Monitech on google and went to their premises in Keysborough and had the good fortune to meet Latif who diagnosed the issue and fixed it within minutes at a fraction of the price, I am so grateful to Latif who is a Master of his craft and a life saver for us.
