I have an older model Signature spa, model Sig 200. Developed problems with the heater which was tripping the fuse. Some research and considered replacing heater element only. Tuesday (after hours) sent enquiry to Heater and spa parts. A bit more thought and decided to replace the entire Balboa 5.5kw heater and pressure switch assembly. Registered, order and paid later that night. Wednesday morning received reply to original enquiry and also conformation of order. Later Wednesday received message from Starshipit that order was in transit and also from Aust Post that shipment was due some time between Thursday and Monday. Doorbell rang 8.30am Thursday. 6pm Friday first spa at 36 degrees for some time. Great service from all involved. Thank you.
