26 April 2021, I will seriously try to AVOID THIS PLACE. The staff is insulting, rude and has no idea of hygiene. We are in a pandemic, and they handle payments (cash), serve food and prepare food with no gloves or any other PPE. I watched the kitchen staff serving clients and then returning to the kitchen, placing salads on hamburgers with bare, unwashed hands. This did not happen once, but multiple times. While I was there, people were also returning with food complaining it's not fresh. In a Pandemic, these places where people are interacting are identified as high-risk facilities. They should be leaders in hygiene and have up to date best practice plans and techniques. They must clearly know how to handle the public, serve food safely and minimise the risk of spreading the virus. Their amenities were unhygienic, dirty and without the bare required essentials.
