It has been our pleasure to conduct business with your dealership over the last two weeks, culminating in the purchase and pickup of a Hyundai ix35 yesterday. Having driven the vehicle for less than twenty four hours, it is difficult at this stage to assess all the wonderful features we fell in love with. But if the smiles on our faces as we drove around Adelaide yesterday are any indication, we are in for a long and satisfactory future together.
Before we reached that stage, however, we had to be guided through the benefits and reasons why we should choose, firstly a new car and secondly, this particular model. And how fortunate we were when Andrea Gehan was our guide.
As you would be well aware, there are many disparaging remarks about car sales staff and this is unfair, as we have found staff in other service industries who fail to understand their customer. But in Andrea, we found a gem! Her knowledge of the product was commendable and the confidence she instilled in us to decide on the Hyundai rather than the Toyota Rav4 was a decision which felt guided but not steamrolled. We were able to witness Andrea’s completely professional, yet warm and welcoming approach on three separate occasions and, not only did she respond to our every question, but had that all important ‘finger on the pulse” of the dealership.
We were impressed with the ‘referral reward” cards included in the pack should we wish to promote your dealership and can assure you they will not be difficult to pass on, especially when Andrea’s name will accompany each referral.

“CONVENIENCE AND THE PRODUCT I WANTED. I HAVE ONLY JUST PURCHASED MY VEHICLE AND HAVE ONLY HAD THE FIRST 1000 KM SERVICE DONE. AT PRESENT I HAVE NOT BEEN DEALING WITH THE COMPANY LONG ENOUGH TO HAVE LIKES OR DISLIKES. TO DATE THE SALES SERVICE I HAVE HAD IS SATISFACTORY. I PURCHASED A HIGHLANDER IX35 AND THE ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE REAR CARGO LIGHT IS NOT BRIGHT ENOUGH. FUTURE MODELS COULD HAVE ANOTHER LIGHT ON THE OTHER SIDE OR IT COULD BE POSITIONED HIGHER UP TO GIVE BETTER LIGHT IN THAT AREA. WELL LOOKED AFTER BY ALEX HILL.” - Ian From Bellevue Heights

Alice called at 3.07 in regards to the help she received from Ivan. After having her car serviced last week she ran into a problem this morning & her car stalled, only a minor problem it turned out to be. When she got to work she called Ivan who collected her car, fixed the problem & returned the car to her work.
Alice would like to say thank you to Ivan & to let his Manager know that she felt he went above & beyond his duty & she said he is a very helpful person. She is really pleased with his service & doesn’t want to see anyone else except him in the future.

“Overall service and attention from staff was outstanding. My only reservation is whether or not I was sold a vehicle which has good fuel economy as that was one of the things I stipulated was very important to me. Still testing the fuel economy in town & will let you know the outcome. The Ford Focus is a beautiful car to drive.” – Colin & Mandy From Aberfoyle Park
