Review about Cold Frog Cairns - Airconditioning and Refrigeration, Bentley Park

We had our air conditioning system replaced by Cold Frog Cairns in late November 2022. Four months later (March 2023) one of the air conditioning units is leaking water inside the apartment damaging the carpet. We contacted Cold Frog about the problem but were told that Cold Frog is not responsible for problems that occur during warranty. Very disappointed.

Hi Reg, When we took your phone call we said we were unable to attend for 3 weeks due to being away on personal leave. What we did explain to you was that while we were happy to inspect the issue, it was unlikely to relate to our work as there was a water leak damaging the carpet prior to us attending in the first place. This is all documented with photos in email to the real estate prior to us commencing work. Any work completed by Cold Frog is 100% covered by warranty, however we can not be responsible for internal pipework within the building previously installed in the original contruction
