These dogs had beautiful temperaments and interacted gently with elderly people. The dog handlers were short tempered, rough at handling the dogs and smacked/yelled them when they didn't obey. Very 'old school' in the way they handled the animals - training with terror and treats rather than working with the dogs as intelligent animals. Don needs re-training in how to train dogs! Don's Demo dogs upset quite a few staff and elderly people who witnessed the show in the treatment of their lovely dogs.
