The Owner/ Manager of Balga IGA has no idea of what customer service or professionalism is! He takes his moods out on customers, acts rudely and shows biased behaviourisms to people who are dark skinned especially. I have never seen such disrespectfulness in customer serviceing ever!! He is going to run the IGA brand and name into the ground, I already know of a few people who stopped shopping there just because of how he has treated people!! Something needs to be done, otherwise I can not see anything positive ever resulting from this all, he shouldn't work on the registers, or should be retrained in the area of customer service and professional behaviourisms!!!
