I have been a loyal customer of your service for over 20 years and . I have had so many issues with you since march this year .. When i entered the store i was so frustrated and fed up i was cancelling both of my current optus accounts .. But simon went above and beyond to rectify the issue .. when i have been messed around by customer service over and over again This young man is a credit your company.
