Just had a wonderful experience with Sydney Blinds! After placing my order, one of their staff contacted me to double check the measurements that I gave them. It turned out I got the measurement wrong. I didn't know that I should take the measurements to the nearest 1/8 inch. They wanted to make sure that the roman blinds will fit perfectly. That's what real customer service is all about!
