I have had a broken skylight dome for 4 weeks now and I have emailed , phone and sent a text message, I have being giving a price so I email back for a way to pay and delivery, they will not now answer any of my emails, so next time it rains I will have to put buckets under the skylight to catch the water. This will have to be the worst company to deal with regarding getting parts from, they will supply everything you need in the beginning then nothing. I would advise that if you are looking for skylights go some where else, I wished I did
