I was a short term client/patient here back in 196/97 and found the experience changed my life and the way I feel about myself and others. I learned how to love myself first, then I was able to love others in return. Whilst my biggest struggle was my addictions, I found learning to deal with life's most common problems was not so easy, but after being in amongst a group of others with similar addictions, my life took a tern for the best. Now I have been married for 12 years and life does get better, if you work at it with conviction. Here are ten simple words, with a very big meaning.
