This guy (Dale?) went above and beyond and guess where I'll be going for my shoe and key needs from now on! Had a small repair which Dale said would likely have to wait for tomorrow. But then he rang me 15 mins later to say 'job done' AND 'no charge' AND 'don't like to say NO to customers'. So he stayed back specially to do the job which kinda bowled me over! Thanks again :D Pete
