I went into this store to purchase a phone today... When I asked about the lack of details provided for the phones on display I was told I could look it up online... If I wanted to do that I could have shopped online not instore. I took my money th JB Hi Fi who were happy to help me and talk to me about the features of their phones... Not a good economic time to be turning customers away I would think!!!
