DO NOT BUY FROM THIS TRAVEL AGENCY "EVER"- we made a booking for a family of four for SYD-DELHI-SYD through them from the Harris Park branch for travel to India in April 2020 and the tickets were required to be cancelled due to the COVID lockdowns. We patiently waited as many others to see how things unfold for travel and Air India and the Govt. of India had both advised that customers with travel plans during the lockdowns are to be refunded in Full ($3,570). Despite explaining that we have undergone significant financial hardship due to loss of employment and illness in the family and need the refunds badly - they part refunded the money in October 2022 (after many many follow-up calls and emails) and deducted a MASSIVE $700 - I have explained that this was both very unfair and unethical to deduct such a huge amount in the name of "administrative / processing" costs. They do not care - businesses like these should not exist. I am going to be lodging a complaint with the Australian Federation of Travel Agents, Airline Customer Advocate, the Fair Trading NSW and the ACCC. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS !!!
