Does Naomi take a decent photo? Yes, sure. But is the supplementary drama worth it, absolutely not. Our shoot took place in Feb 2022 and we have only just received our package in its entirety. Family photo shoots are supposed to be joyful, exciting and a bonding experience. Ours was far from this. Naomi is rude, unprofessional and petty. We are amazed she has been in business for as long as she has. We were gifted a generous voucher from a family member, for a family & baby photoshoot (which are not cheap, although Naomi relished in reminding us of our "discount". A fully paid-for voucher is no such thing). Our shoot took a turn when we decided not to proceed with purchasing additional photos, which her terms state the client should "consider" but are under no obligation to do so. Things went downhill from there. Naomi delayed all our paid-for images, and ignored emails and messages for weeks. It was only when we advised we were considering tribunal intervention, did we finally receive our digital edits, 6 months late. My son is now 1 year old. God forbid you experience a family crisis, or get COVID and need to reschedule. My advice is read the muddy fine print - there is a reason she has T&C's the size of a novel. I would say do your research, but there is a reason Naomi has removed Google reviews. Take my advice, there are many other photographers who can provide the same quality of work, with a far superior experience. With photos you will look back on with fondness and great memories, rather than a reminder of the stress and rigmarole that came with them.
