That is a lie. The foreman who rectified the shoddy workmanship (blotches, stains, etc, told me it had not been in the baths long enough! FACT. As for aggressive attitude- OMG... Pot calling the kettle black. This woman has other complaints from customers about her attitude- check their other reviews. I sent an email that Id be happy to publish. In fact - here it is: Hi, I was the chap in the good mood.... Not now... I picked up my order this afternoon and I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the work. Usually, out of the number of extrusions I had done, I can cut 24 Lighting units. In this instance, I got 7. The rest is off to the dump. I have taken 16 photos, of which, Im sending 4 as samples. These lighting units were for a national grocery chain, and part of a national contract, and were to be installed on 14th in Melbourne. I can not now satisfy that requirement as the poor quality makes my workmanship and quality standards look substandard. It also puts this contract at jeopardy.... because I trusted my business with your business. Im now between a rock and a hard face. At a minimum, Id like my money back. There were some minor scratches, that I was well aware of, which were not of concern due to their size, and had nothing to do with my complaint. Whats just as funny is that Belinda wrote to me stating: "I'm sorry we are so busy we have no time for your nonsense, please do not contact us again", Yet she has found time to address my review. Never mind, as a result, of this new contract, and her attitude, I have now set myself up to do my own anodizing and thats $2-$3000 plus per year, I will be saving and not going into Belinda pocket.

This was Mill finish extrusion, - exactly what the plant anodizes, and what they have anodized several times before for me. I've never ever had this result in 29 years of selling extruded aluminum products. Funny how when I returned them, their foreman redid it- for pick up 4 hours later, successfully and he also apologized stating it had been rushed through. The Office lady (Belinda) having not seen it or been party to any of this finally opened my email 4 days later and wrote to me - "If you give us mil finish extrusion you cannot expect a good finish, I suggest you take your anodising to the anodiser you consulted with". I then wrote back explaining that in her absence, the foreman had rectified the issue by re-doing them, and he'd apologized, - explaining that the'd been rushed through. All resolved without Belinda's interference, or rude communication. She, on the other hand wanted to win, so rather than acknowledge the shoddy workmanship, then wrote back stating: I'm sorry we are so busy we have no time for your nonsense, please do not contact us again.
