Honestly one of the best massages and healing experiences I have ever had. Janie is amazing and has such a gift. The studio space is so gorgeous, and looks out onto private bushland garden setting. The space has such a beautiful energy, calm and serene. You truly feel like your somewhere else on holiday. I have a few curves and was pleasantly suprised that the heated massage table as well as fluffy, new towels were not only generous in size but very comfortable too. I was able to relax rather than trying to balance on the massage table, enjoy the experience and just float away. Today I am feeling relaxed, energised and my head is clear. Once the massage was finished Janie encourages you to take your time, have a herbal tea and/or cool filtered water while you come back to reality in the stunning surroundings. So lovely not to be rushed out the door, it really felt like a spa experience. I suffer from insomnia and normally can't sleep more than 5-6 hours without waking. Last night was the first time in 19 years that I managed to switch my brain off, fall asleep easily and actually sleep through the night without waking - I'm just blown. Thank you Janie - I am looking forward to my next treatment!

My Little Cupcake is one of Sydney’s best kept secrets. Fabulous coffee and milkshakes as well as the most delicious cupcakes (vanilla is my favourite), lamingtons and salted caramel slice in Sydney. I recently devoured a slice of one of their custom cakes at an 18th Birthday, it was honestly the best cake I have ever eaten in my life!
