I went into the Aitkenvale store yesterday. The first time my mum and I entered the store no one asked if they could assist us although there were 3 unoccupied staff. We left the store and because we couldn't find what we wanted at other shops decided to come back and try again. When my mum asked a blonde lady if they had a specific watch their response was 'you'll need to go outside and have a look in window for yourself'. I then asked if they had a watch in a certain price range and was told by her 'I have no idea, you'll have to go and look for yourself'. She then stayed in the shop and offered no further assistance. Are you for real? There were no other customers in the shop and 3 available staff and no one could help us? This is the level of service you get here! 3 months earlier I had similar experience in this shop with bad customer service when looking for a christening cross and no one wanted to help us. Shop at one of the other jewellery shops in Stockland Aitkenvale that care about providing good customer service.
