We dealt with Impact Finance between 12-05-14 and 10-06-14 to refinance and purchase a new property in our company, during this time we experienced a poor level of customer service and with little to no updates on where the finance process was up to. Impact finance and there staff were aware of the settlement dates and time frame but only informed us 2 days prior to the settlement that they would need more time. We called it quits with impact finance on the 10-06-14 almost a month from our first enquiry and at that time had not received any offer from any financial institutions. Since this we have got finance with another broker. In summary, I will not be dealing with impact in the future.
