I recently 2/1/25 and previously have used JBHIFI and I want to commend their services. They are efficient, have helpful and professional staff who know their product, they are patient especially in the IT and electronics sections with people less skilled with the new technology. They have a terrific range of products. I particularly want comment staff member Rhys in the electronics sections. I had a problem with connected speakers to an iPad and it was not a simple fix. Rhys took the time to work through the problem, advised actions and items I needed, identified economical products, was interested.
