Based on my experience today... Avoid Thursday afternoons at all cost. Although I’m a regular to this store and find the staff great, I’m disgusted in the manner in which one member of staff that also works at the canning vale outlet believes is acceptable behaviour. I don’t care if someone is in a bad mood, there is no excuse for bad manners towards people... If you can’t be pleasant and can’t be rude towards customers that did not deserve such childish displays... don’t work in customer service, simple!
