I bought my Ceaserstone bench top from European Marble. While the installation went smoothly, it was only after the job was done and the dust was cleared later in the afternoon, that I discovered streaks on the surface. After many calls and much waiting, attempts were made by Ceaserstone and European Marble to remove these streaks, to little avail - some marks faded but are still visible and the rest can clearly be seen on a sunny day. No further action has been taken by European Marble to resolve the issue as they feel it is a Ceaserstone issue and should not be liable for replacing the product. But as their customer, they should take responsibility for resolving this. I cannot pursue it with VCAT as European Marble is under administration. I am now left with a less than satisfactory product which frustrates me every time I see the streaks. Buyer beware.
