We had a terrible experience last night. We ordered the food and waited almost an hour and later realized the waiter forgot to put order in the system or did not notify chef. They did not even bother to notify us or let us know if something went wrong 😑. They keep telling the food is coming but serving other tables even though they came after us, there was no order to serve food in the restaurant. We used to hear very positive experience about “NAWAB Restaurant” among our friends but it was an absolute negative experience for us, should not happen again for anybody else, especially when we travelled all the way from Sydney through rush hour traffic. I hope the owner and management should review the issue to avoid this type of negligence. Thanks
