Do not buy bags from this store! I am on my 4th handbag in the space of 4 months. it started with a Pierre Cardin bag costing $211. Within 6 weeks the shoulder strap broke. The bag was replaced and within 2 weeks the strap on the new bag broke in exactly the same place. At this stage I requested a refund but was told the store did not give refunds. Reluctantly I chose another bag --- a Morrissey bag. Within a few weeks the zip on the bag had broken. I was really over trying to get a good quality bag from this shop and thought that I could reasonably request a refund as I was now on my third bag! Again the shop refused. I contacted consumer affairs who said that the shop deemed this as a minor complaint and still refused to give me refund especially as the shop manager had told them that I had no proof of purchase. This was rubbish as I had taken the proof of purchase into the shop but somehow they had forgotten about that.I still have the proof of purchase!! I am now on the fourth bag and will be taking the matter further.
