This company hired out a float with 4 flat tyres (including a flat and bald spare)- did not assist in hitching the float, checking electrics. At no point was my drivers license viewed - no declarations or liability waivers signed. The float caused injury to our horse and caused him to be withdrawn from some of the 2015 Royal Show classes. When trying to discuss the issues with the owners (husband & wife) they yelled and became abusive - attempted to get into the car to have a go at my partner, outside the shop the husband attempted to start a fight, getting up in our faces, screaming at us and calling us Fu**ing Faggots. I do not recommend this company to ANYONE and will be raising the issues further with consumer protection.
