Nothing but a lyre Can be proven threw emails and txt msgs from this company Council called tenant out of the blue one Monday morning due to a busted water main in front of residence which was reported by next door nieghbour and this company then blames the tenant for council involvement and being investigated by council for the damage Council wanted pictures etc from the tenant the tenant caontacted theniwner and the owner agreed five council everything they wanted including access to the rental property which tenant then did Council then started an investigation into the company At no time did the tenant start or contact council at all Once again the company and thenpereon writting in reply to comments which are legal by state law and backed up by emails txt msgs phone records and face book msgs has the bulk by the wrong end like always Also when a tentative is constantly flood out it is the company to rectify etc and to clean up the debry and fix the fences etc not the tenants by rta law along with saying things like claim it in your insurance to the tenant is also ilegal The list goes on and this tenant is not he 1st one to be treated badly by this company in the area Also it seems that current qld covid laws again do t exist to this company as the owner works from withcot at times and is now effected by the lockdown laws but drives and then works out of crows nest ! Even tho the owner resides in goombungee but hey the company don't care about any laws etc as this company think they are above any laws in qld
