I signed a contract with Sulty's for a fence and timber gate around 3-years ago. Paid the full amount $1700-$2100 but many accuses later still nothing. I have made numerous phone calls, text message, emails, facebook messages and voice messages. No response. No partial or full refund and no partial or any works completed. As a single woman with a disability I guess he saw 'sucker' written all over my face. I have all my receipts and evidence of payment to their bank account - provided to Sulty's many times. Sulty's even invoiced me increasing their quote which I trustingly paid. I believe there maybe a business called PayPom in which payments goes into their account and they transfer payment when the goods have been completed. I would highly recommend no advance payment is made to this business and the other businesses that Sulty's trade under.
