Very knowledgeable and very helpful. More importantly they have a variety of brands and models of bikes so they could give me a comparison between Scott (which I have now) Cannodale & Trek bikes on what they do and which is better in terms of performance, comfort and durability. Very sound advice without pressure to buy.
