Do not use this company unless you wish to be lied to and misled. It took us 6 months to get the mattress after I had paid the amount in full. It was delivered three times before we got the mattress we ordered to fit our caravan, once with 30 mins notice, I had to dash home to receive the wrong mattress again. (We actually took the caravan to their premises so that it could be measured correctly and we would not have the responsibility.) There are too many calls and texts to list but the most frustrating part was the promise not kept. Monique told us how understanding we had been and how sorry she was for the mistakes made and offered us a substantial discount in compensation. After numerous promises and calls this never arrived, that was after she asked for our bank details. We gave her the benefit of doubt until now but we know the promised discount is not coming. I don't understand why this would be offered if it was not going to be paid? This company is totally unprofessional, they will offer lots of excuses to get your sympathy but will not deliver what they promise. I have never given a bad review of a company, lots of good reviews but if bad, have kept it to myself. This company does not deserve that respect. Very sorry we did business with them.
