Bunch of thieves, my company mini van broke down while my 75 year old father was driving it. He had it towed to nearest company which was Bridgestone Southport. Bus had blown a hose, Dad asked them to replace water pump too as it had been leaking for a while. Was charged over $700 for the job, only to find coolant was still disappearing. Took vehicle to RACQ who verified water pump had not been changed even though we were charged for water pump and labour to fit it. Returned and demanded refund which they reluctantly did after threatening to go to small claims. Blatant theft, tried to take advantage of an elderly bloke. AVOID THESE THIEVES AT ALL COST.
