I must write and say what wonderful service I had from an optician called Lilly Luong. I am on holiday here from the UK and had a bad eye infection . I had to have prescribed steroid eye drops from a local doctor who advised me to also see an optician. I just walked in asked for an appointment and I got seen within 20 minutes by Lilly Luong. She was very efficient , professional , knowledgable with such a friendly manner. She was with me for nearly an hour and I had many tests done and she even offered to inform the Dr of the results on my behalf. I had to see her again for an update 2 weeks later so she could check the pressure in my eye. Again she conducted the necessary tests efficiently and throughly. I think her managers should know what a wonderful person and how she gives such wonderful customer service. Lyn
