**** SCAMMERS - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY **** Came across the Outlook Planning and Development site in April 2021 and thought their site seemed legit. It is now February 2023 and we are still no closer to obtaining approval. We required a modification to our existing Landscaping Plan, which we needed to get new plans and Statement of Environmental Effects. We were required to pay 50% deposit, which we paid 17/06/21 for work to commence. We finally received the draft in October 2021 and then we were required to pay the remaining amount so they could proceed to lodge the plans to council. Plans were submitted to council in February 2022 to which council came back requesting for further information be added to the Statement, since then we have emailed them requesting for them to action the request from council and received no response. We unfortunately paid for the service in full and they have failed to complete the work. We reached out to Fair Trading and they were unable to get a response either, Went through NCAT to which they didn't bother to show up and they have been ordered to refund the full amount. Our next step is to hand over to the Sheriffs for enforcement action.
