Be aware! Absolutely disgusted by the customer service we received. Technician took our pump 2 weeks ago; we tried on numerous occasions to contact Pool Patrol for an update but received the standard response (We will have to call you back) then never returned our calls. Still after no contact a message was sent to state a technician was booked - however failed to show this happened on two occasions ( i had taken 2 days off work to be home) tried calling to follow up again after failing to show only to be told we will have to call you back! After being forced to go into the shop and collect my pool pump i received NO apology but the excuse we were busy so we couldn't get back to you! i would highly think twice about using Pool Patrol especially if you want to receive service as clearly, they have none! Don't know how they are even running a business.
