The worst example of greed and incompetence and not afraid to bully and lie when required to make a dollar. DV managed our property and unfortunately we didn't realise how bad they were until it was too late, they lied to both myself and the tenants, didn't inform us about required maintenance then lied to the tenants saying we didn't approve it etc and worse, we ended up in QCAT as a result of using this agency
