Afro trends had given me the wrong extensions, with the wrong information. I went home to dye them a light purple after asking for the lightest blonde they had. It didn't work. I then called later the day and was told to come in when the boss was in. This was their plan for the boss to tell me they couldn't replace it, or for me to argue my point with the stupid person who gave me the wrong information. They did not take them back even though it was their point. Instead they gave me stuff to fix it, but by myself and told me to never come in again even if they were wrong. I now have to bleach them, spending money on hair dye that I shouldn't need to spend it on. I strongly recommend you stay away from them.
