When I told people on a forum that I had a bad experience, they berated me on a social media. Unprofessional. If they don't like criticism for bad service, they should expect it - but to attack me on a social media, Utterly rude. Took them 2 weeks to refund my money - when I called them about it they said they haven't even started the transfer.
