Trying to make a product complaint but cant talk to a human "expert", unless i pay $2!
I paid $50 for a faulty product. Im trying to let you know, and hopfully come to an amicable resolution eg replace faulty item or get a full refund.
But i can't talk to anyone unless i pay $2!
Thats terrible customer service.
I have no choice but to contact the Australian Dept of Fair Trading, to complain about product and company.
This is not how you treat your customers or run a business that sells to the public.
