Birks did dangerous work on my property - demanded money upfront to purchase equipment he then didn't use, and took 14 months to 'complete' the job when he overloaded a circuit, causing shorts through my system and refused to test it - I had to pay another electrician to repair the faulty work he did to make my house safe again. I was being electrocuted and Birks ignored me! The ground mount he installed fell over and he refused to repair that too, has refused to refund ANY money. He started another business a few months ago - Residential Solar
