Crystal Glass & Aluminium were engaged and paid by our insurance company to replace 4 glass panels on the roof. The job was over $20 000. When we called them to please come back and clean up the silicone and hand marks on the roof, they would not reply. The panels are now leaking and we have resorted to contacting the Department of Fair Trading, who responded to us immediately. We have been advised that Raymond from this company is registered as a glazier only. He had no licence and cannot give us a warranty. We trust the Department will sort this out. What he is doing is illegal. There are many reviews saying the same thing.
