The experience has was great. Went in not totally sure exactly what I needed, and the staff actually knew their stuff properly with their own technical knowledge. They talked me through the right harness for what I needed and instead of just upselling me they actually saved me money as the harness I wanted already had a chest ascender attachment strap with it as I almost bought an extra Would recommend to anyone needing height safety or rope access gear in Sydney.
