Review about Australia Post Bexley LPO, Bexley

⛔️WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE HAVING TO DEAL WITH THE MALE AT FRONT COUNTER, OF BEXLEY LPO, MISSING PACKAGE RATE IS HIGH AS MANAGER/FRONT COUNTER GUY GOES THROUGH OPENS AND CLAIMS PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN LEFT DUE TO MISSING SENDER/RECEIVE INFORMATION. I HAVE SEEN HIM TELL CUSTOMERS PACKAGES ARE MISSING OR HAVE NOT YET ARRIVED, ALL WELL KNOWING PACKAGE IS SITTING WAITING TO BE COLLECTED HE HAS REPORT PACKAGES TO THE DEAD LETTER COLLECTION AND KEEP ITEMS. THIS POST OFFICE IS BY FAR THE MOST UNTRUSTWORTHY POST OFFICE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS IN MY ENTIRE LIFE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS POST OFFICE AT ALL UNLESS YOUR NOT WORRIED ABOUT PACKAGES GOING MISSING. HE HAS ZERO CARE FACTOR ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR STAFF AND GENUINELY NEEDS TO BE AUDITED AND INVESTIGATED FOR MAJOR FRAUD PURPOSES. POST OFFICE ❌❌❌ NOT RECOMMENDED REGARDS T

I had the worst experience at Bexley Post Office, they absolutely shouldn't be running that office. I had my tracking number that my parcel had been received by bexley post office, then when I tried to pick it up the next day it wasn't there. I then received a message it had been sent back to the sender on the same day? I enquired through the sender and they said it had not been sent back that the message was probably old and downloaded late and it was probably still at Bexley Post Office. I returned two weeks later to the post office after my investigation to where my parcel was and asked them to check that I thought it had been misplaced at their post office and if they could please check. They refused to look at the message that the parcel was there, and refused to look up my tracking number. I kept asking why he was behaving that way just look it up...He kept telling me it was in transit, I said that doesn't make sense it had been in transit since the day it was delivered. Again refused to look at the message with the tracking number and all the details. I became very frustrated because I knew it was there from my messages and tracking number. I went home and complained to Australia Post and miraculously within two hours they found my parcel. No apologies when I went to pick it up, they in fact blamed me, apparently the reason why they wouldn't help me was because I was being aggressive. Yes in fact I did become upset after they refused to help me not before, I was merely making an enquiry that they blatantly refused to help me with. I'm also not sure how it was my fault they misplaced my parcel in the first place. I will absolutely never go there again.
