there are not enough negative Stars to select. after having issues with spec savers I thought I would give you people a try, which I informed the staff there. I spent 800$$$$ to be totally disappointed. I asked for Bi focal lenses to suit reading and computer vision with Transition lenses. I also asked for a 2nd pair of close up glasses for really close up options. I had to wait 2 weeks plus before I could pick my prescriptions up. they were not what I wanted. and there was not a proper fitting and adjustment performed. I was asked to put a mask on and if I had issues come back ( which is a good luck we only open on these days ) I had an issue with the Bi focal to start with, and now do not get the beneficial use of the up close glasses. I went to the store to consult and was told that the optometrist had told me I couldn't have a bi that suited my requirements. Please note I was the poor sucker that had to deal with the apprentice worker doing her training with limited skills ( I do not blame her) I am totally disappointed with this expensive effort and will be advising as many people in the Riverland area to be a wear that you will be ripped off. this is how your so called profeesional company has left me felling.
