My friend who has been through life saving surgery has to be very careful with his health and requests and expects the same from service from providers which is understandable. When the worker completely ignored my friend’s request for a ‘careful’ job, and was hacking at his nails, risking bleeding, my friend objected and asked to be treated by someone else, the worker complained to the manager who threw my friend out. Both the worker and the manager were carrying on and swearing in Vietnamese. Very unprofessional and rude. Just because you’re located at a train station doesn’t mean you can treat your customers like cattle. This is a true account of what happened as I was waiting outside the salon when my friend exited, almost in tears but also very irate. Big thumbs down 👎👎👎. PS my friend is immuno compromised having had a heart transplant. Shame on you for treating him like that! Newtown deserves better.
