I Bought brand new Ora 3 days ago. Tanisha (salesperson) last words before I left the dealership in the car were....... “Call me if you have any problems” Well I got home in an hour and noticed my second key did not work at all. I called Tanisha and was given the Jekyll and Hyde treatment. Did not give a toss about the fact one key was faulty. I took the key to another GWM dealer (Totness) to inspect. The service person advised it was damaged from the inside. I called Tanisha to advise her, and her response? “They broke the key” Beware of buying from GWM Southgate. If you have a problem, better start praying.
